The Woodlands is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and The Woodlands follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Best smoothies with boba! I drive all the way from Magnolia to visit Kokee Tea. I recommend the Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Strawberry boba. They have Oat and Almond Milk options for customers who prefer alternatives to whole milk.

The crew just stood there talking to each other for a few minutes before acknowledging that I was standing there, then acted bothered that I tried to order. Rolling their eyes and barely being acknowledged. My coffee was good, but the owner in these replies is super gross. The team is gross, and it’s no wonder they have a 3 star rating. lol, before I left I said “wow you guys aren’t very friendly” and got ignored. 😂 What a weirdo kiosk. Weirdo owner too. Don’t thank me for my review.

We tried Kokee Tea this week and ordered three drinks. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The drinks were overpriced, and both the Oreo CC milk tea and Strawberry Oreo were extremely sweet — to the point where it overpowered the flavor. The staff also came across as rude and uninterested, which made the visit less pleasant. On top of that, being prompted for a tip at that price point felt a bit unreasonable. Overall, not the experience we were expecting.

I'm not sure how Kokee is still in business via their reviews and their customer service. We purchased 2 drinks that taste like water. We took one sip, maybe two, and put them in the trash, we let the young lady know who said she is the manager she just stood there like a deer in headlights. The owner seems not to care only replies by writing back when customers leave reviews that: I'm sorry, I hope to see you next time. No, give people their money back or a gift card. Maybe the customer will come back and try your place again. I know we will never go back, not even for a free drink.

Love this place, knowledgeable counter servers. The owner is nice and friendly. The bubble teas are on point. I’m a huge fan of asian teas and these ones did not disappoint. They also sell Korean snacks which my daughter loves so much! Highly recommended.
